The rules of the road for using Sydatrix.
Sydatrix provides reliability decisioning tools, including SLO/SLA management, deployment safety checks, incident workflows, and operational dashboards (the “Service”).
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your organisation.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:
You retain ownership of your operational data. Sydatrix processes customer data to provide the Service (e.g., compute health checks, generate dashboards, send notifications) and to operate and protect the platform.
The Service may provide recommendations such as “proceed”, “pause”, or “risky”. These are intended as operational signals to support decision-making — not guarantees. You remain responsible for production change decisions and risk acceptance.
Integrations (e.g., Prometheus, CI/CD tools, email providers) may be subject to their own terms and uptime. Sydatrix isn’t responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our control.
We aim to keep the Service available and stable. Maintenance and unexpected incidents can occur. If you require contractual guarantees, define them in a signed agreement/SLA.
We implement safeguards designed to protect the platform (such as access controls and audit logging). You agree to use strong passwords and promptly notify us if you suspect compromise.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or create a security risk to the platform or other customers.
To the extent permitted by law, Sydatrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you to Sydatrix for the Service in the previous 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ireland, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
